Prior to joining the board, Pic was involved with Round River as a foundation program officer, advisor and consultant. At Blu Skye Sustainability Consulting, Pic developed and implemented sustainability strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to this, he worked at the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, co-developing the Wild Salmon Ecosystem Initiative, a $190 million effort to have a substantial and measurable impact on the long-term sustainability of wild Pacific Salmon. Pic has worked with several conservation organizations including Conservation International, CI-Guatemala, and Rainforest Action Network. He holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
