Round River Conservation Studies
925 E 900 S Ste 210
Salt Lake City, Utah 84105

Please include documentation, listing:

  • The student’s full name
  • The program to which they have been accepted (including the semester/year)
  • Contact information for the student and for the individual remitting the payment.
We ask that you allow plenty of time for mailing to prevent late payments.
Round River offers a payment plan option to allow families to spread the cost into monthly payments up to the conclusion of the program. There is a fee of $30 to enroll.

Application and registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The non-refundable deposit is transferable for up to one year to another Round River program, pending acceptance into that program. No refunds are issued after the first day of the program. All programs, fees, and dates are tentative until verified by Round River in writing.

If Round River cancels a program prior to its intended start date, or a student’s home institution mandates that a student not participate on a program:

  • We will determine which, if any, alternate program options appeal to you on an individual basis.
  • If we are unable to place you on an alternate program, Round River will refund your program deposit and all tuition payments made to date.

If a student chooses to voluntarily withdraw from a program:

  • We will determine which, if any, alternate program options appeal to you on an individual basis.

If we are unable to place you on an alternate program:

  • If withdrawing 60+ days prior to the program start date Round River will offer a full refund of all tuition payments made to date (deposit will not be refunded).
  • If withdrawing within 60 days of the program start date Round River will retain 75% of total program costs (deposit will not be refunded)
  • If withdrawing after the start date of the program, no refunds will be given nor opportunities for partial or full credit
Unfortunately, Round River cannot refund any personal expenses incurred, including but not limited to personal gear, immunizations, flights or other transportation.

If we do not receive either full payment of tuition and fees, a completed and signed deferment form, or enrollment in a payment plan before the stated payment deadline, a late fee of 5% of the overdue balance will be charged monthly until paid in full.

Students can apply federal financial aid towards Round River program costs, and some institutional aid is transferable. Contact your school’s financial aid office for more information.

Deferment Form

If students will be applying financial aid toward some or all of the program costs, payment can be deferred until those funds are made available to you.

A financial aid deferment form must be completed and signed by the student and a financial aid officer from the home institution.
