Johnny graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a B.S. in Geology and Environmental Policy. He participated as a student in the Round River Patagonia Fall Semester in 2024. For the past four summers, Johnny has worked as a river guide in Oregon. He loves being on the river, learning about birds, talking about rocks, and nerding out about fluvial geomorphology. He is passionate about hands-on conservation fieldwork and environmental education.
