Originally from Pennsylvania, Will moved to Salt Lake City in 2014, drawn by the mountains and a sense of adventure. He’s an avid skier, cyclist, and photographer who enjoys spending time outdoors and around water.

Will leads strategy and growth for AECOM’s municipal water business across the Western United States, helping cities and utilities plan and deliver resilient, sustainable infrastructure. He serves as Deputy Project Manager for Salt Lake City’s $800 million Water Reclamation Facility—Utah’s first Envision-verified project and one of the few Platinum projects nationally.

He holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Bucknell University and an Executive MBA from the University of Utah. He is also a certified Envision Sustainability Professional and trainer, helping teams integrate sustainability into infrastructure planning and design.
